🔧 How to Set Up a Custom Domain in MailMoo
1. Go to Workspace Settings
Navigate to the top-right menu and click on Workspace Settings → Custom Domain.
2. Add Your Custom Domain
Click the “Add Custom Domain” button.
3. Enter Your Domain Name
You have two options:
Use a root domain (e.g.
yourbrand.com) if there's no website hosted on it.Or use a subdomain (recommended), like
personalise.yourbrand.com.
👉 In this example, we’ll use subdomain: personalise.mailmooapp.com
4. Copy the DNS Records
Once you enter your domain, MailMoo will generate a set of DNS records.
Copy and paste these into your domain provider’s DNS settings.
You will need to add one A record and one TXT record.
In your DNS settings, these should look like this:
5. Click Verify
Once your DNS records are saved, return to MailMoo and click the “Verify” button.
Verification may take a few minutes, depending on your domain host.
Once verified, you are able to use your custom domain ✅
