What is a Campaign?

A campaign is your workspace for running personalized outreach at scale. It combines your leads, automated sequences, personalized videos, and landing pages into one unified workflow.

Getting Started

  1. Create a campaign – Click "Create new" from the Campaigns page

  1. Add leads – Upload a CSV or import from LinkedIn

  1. Build your sequence – Design your outreach steps

  1. Create a personalized video – Record and personalize template (optional)

  1. Assign senders – Select SDR profiles in Settings

  1. Activate – Toggle the switch to start


Importing Leads

  • CSV / Excel – Upload a spreadsheet

  • Manual entry – Add leads one by one

  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator – Import from searches

  • LinkedIn Search – Import from regular searches

  • LinkedIn Post – Import post engagers

Leads include variables (name, company, title, email, etc.) used to personalize your content.


Personalization

Use variables throughout your campaign:

  • {{ FirstName }}, {{ CompanyName }}, {{ JobTitle }}

  • Custom variables from your CSV

  • Videos render individually per lead

  • Landing pages display personalized content

Quick Tips

  • Test small first before scaling up

  • Keep videos short – 45 seconds to 2 minutes works best

  • Monitor analytics and iterate on what works

  • Duplicate campaigns to reuse successful setups (Settings → Duplicate)
