Using the Unified Inbox

The unified inbox brings all your LinkedIn and email conversations into one place, helping you manage lead communications efficiently.

Getting Started

Connect your accounts - Link your LinkedIn and email accounts in SDR Profiles to start receiving messages in the unified inbox.

Key Features

Switch between accounts - Use the dropdown at the top of the conversation list to view messages from all accounts or filter to a specific LinkedIn/email account.

Filter conversations - Click the filter icon to:

  • Filter by specific tags (built-in or custom)

  • Show only LinkedIn messages or emails

  • View uncategorized conversations

AI-powered replies - Enable AI reply suggestions to auto-generate contextual responses. Customize the AI's behavior:

  • Set your objective (schedule meeting, handle objection, etc.)

  • Choose a sales angle (revenue growth, cost savings, etc.)

  • Adjust tone, length, and formality

  • Press R to generate a new suggestion

Lead details panel - Click a conversation to view lead information including contact details, lead variables, and meeting status.

Auto-Tagging

When a lead replies to your outreach, MailMoo automatically analyzes the message and applies a tag based on sentiment. This helps you prioritize responses at a glance.

Auto-assigned tags:

  • Interested - Lead shows interest, asks questions, or is open to a conversation

  • Not Interested - Lead politely declines or indicates it's not a good fit

  • Wrong Person - Lead suggests contacting someone else

  • Do Not Contact - Lead explicitly asks not to be contacted again

Tags are only applied when the AI confidence exceeds 75%. Ambiguous replies (like "Thanks" or "Got it") won't trigger auto-tagging.

Tips

  • Conversations are sorted by most recent activity

  • Unread count appears in the sidebar navigation

  • Mark conversations as read/unread from the message menu

  • Use tags to organize and prioritize your responses
