How "My Sales Team" works in MailMoo

My Sales Team is where you manage your virtual sales representatives. Each team member profile represents a sender identity that can execute outreach campaigns using LinkedIn, email, and personalized voice messages.

What is a Sales Team Member?

A sales team member profile combines:

  • A name and identity - First and last name

  • A LinkedIn account - For sending connection requests, messages, and InMails

  • Email accounts - One or more email addresses for email outreach

  • A voice clone - For AI-generated personalized voice messages

  • AI context - Background information that helps AI generate on-brand responses

Creating a Team Member

  1. Go to My Sales Team in the sidebar

  2. Click Add Team Member

  3. Fill in the profile details:

  • First Name / Last Name - Used in message personalization

  • LinkedIn Account - Select a connected LinkedIn account (each can only be assigned to one profile)

  • Email Accounts - Select one or more connected email addresses

  • Voice Clone - Choose a cloned voice for voice messages

  • AI Context - Describe the person's role, tone, and communication style

AI Context

The AI Context field helps MailMoo generate personalized content that matches each team member's style. Include:

  • Their role and expertise

  • Communication tone (formal, casual, friendly)

  • Key talking points about your product/service

  • Calendar link - Add your Calendly, Cal.com, HubSpot, or TidyCal link and it will be automatically detected and displayed in your inbox.

Usage Dashboard

The My Sales Team page shows aggregated daily usage across all accounts:

  • Connection Requests Today - Total sent vs. daily limit

  • Messages Sent Today - LinkedIn messages sent vs. limit

  • Emails Sent Today - Emails sent vs. limit

Each team member card also displays individual usage stats for their connected accounts.

Using Team Members in Campaigns

When you create a campaign sequence, you select which team members will execute the outreach. The sequence will:

  • Send LinkedIn actions through the member's connected LinkedIn account

  • Send emails through the member's connected email accounts

  • Use the member's voice clone for voice messages

  • Apply the AI context when generating personalized content

Best Practices

  • One LinkedIn account per member - LinkedIn accounts can only be assigned to one team member

  • Multiple email accounts - You can assign multiple email addresses to distribute sending load

  • Detailed AI context - The more context you provide, the better AI-generated content will match your brand

  • Include calendar links - Add your booking link in the AI context for easy meeting scheduling
