How to Connect a LinkedIn Account Using Cookies

Cookies must be collected from the same browser you use to access MailMoo. Cookies copied from a different browser will not work.

1. Log in to LinkedIn

Open a new tab in your browser.
Go to linkedin.com and log in to your account.

2. Open the developer console

Press F12 (Chrome or Firefox) or Option + Command + I (Safari) to open the browser developer console.

Note that on Safari, you may need to enable developer features from the settings.

3. Find your LinkedIn cookies

Click the Application tab (Chrome) or the Storage tab (Firefox/Safari).
In the left panel, expand the Cookies folder.

Here's what the development console looks like.
First navigate to Application:

Then navigate to Cookies and find li_at (and li_a for your Sales Nav)

4. Copy the cookie value

Locate the cookie named li_at in the list.
Click on it and copy the value from the Value column.

If your LinkedIn account has a Recruiter or Sales Navigator subscription, also copy the value of the li_a cookie. If you can not see li_a value go to Sales Navigator or Recruiter.

5. Connect your account in MailMoo

Go back to MailMoo and open Settings → LinkedIn Accounts.
Paste the li_at value into the li_at field.
If applicable, paste the li_a value into the li_a field.
Click Connect.
